Please read these terms. They govern your use of BioElement Labs testing services.

Scope of service
BioElement Labs provides independent analytical testing of samples submitted by the customer. We do not manufacture, supply, or sell research compounds. All services and results are for laboratory research use only and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or human or veterinary use.
Samples and submission
You are responsible for lawfully obtaining, handling, and shipping your sample, and for providing accurate information about it. Samples may be consumed or destroyed during analysis and are not returned unless agreed in writing.
Results and certificates
Results and any Certificate of Analysis pertain only to the specific sample submitted and the methods performed. They are not a guarantee about other units, batches, or future production. We report findings objectively and do not certify fitness for any particular purpose.
Turnaround and payment
Turnaround times are estimates from the date a sample arrives, not guarantees. An invoice is issued once an order is confirmed; testing proceeds on the agreed terms. Prices are listed in US dollars.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioElement Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the testing that the claim relates to.
Confidentiality
Results belong to the customer and are kept confidential. We do not publish or share a certificate unless you ask us to make it verifiable by batch number.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
